Through the contact form: your name, email address and the message you send us.

If you use our call booking tool (Cal.com): your name, email address and the information you provide when booking.

3. Why we process your data

To respond to your enquiries and manage the pre-contractual or commercial relationship arising from your request (for example, scoping a project or arranging a call).

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you fill in and submit the contact form or book a call (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), together with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us directly.

5. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for the periods required by law to address any potential liabilities.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We rely on the following processors to provide the service:

• Formspree, Inc.: handles contact form submissions.
• Cal.com, Inc.: handles call bookings, only if you choose to use that option.
• Vercel Inc.: hosts the website and measures visits (Vercel Web Analytics).

These providers may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@dahel.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.

8. Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which means your IP address is sent to Google when you visit the page. According to Google's documentation, this service does not set cookies on your device.

9. Visit measurement

To know how many people visit the website and which pages they view, we use Vercel Web Analytics. According to Vercel's documentation, this service does not use cookies or identify you across different websites, and it records aggregated usage data such as the page visited, where the visit came from, the country and the type of device and browser.
